Actual Mash pH = 5.28, Actual mash temp = 148 - 152F. Mash circulated via magnetic pump.

Add 2 oz Idaho 7 at 1.017 using mesh bag into fermenter for 4 days

Cold crashing whole fermenter for 1 week. I've usually racked to a keg and crashed

At Carbonation and Tasting - good head retention, successful filtration using 98% 3 micron Bev brite. Color resembles a red ale. Overall one of my better brews.
