Notes

BIAB - sub 4 pounds LME for bohemian pilsner malt if all grain
Dunk sparge/teabag in about 3/4 gallon for 5-10 minutes while getting to a boil (optional)
Chill and top up to 5-5.5 gallons to hit target OG (if partial mash)
2L starter
Lazy lagering works fine, just get it into the ideal range and leave it there for a week and then finish for a few days above 60
Lager 1-2 weeks then bottle or keg
