Notes

Mash pH with Milwaukee ATC Meter = 5.21 after 10 minutes of mashing. No pH modifiers added to the 100% RO water that has pH 6.5.

Actual OG = 1.062, less mash efficiency as I barely spared the grains
Brewhouse Efficiency = 70%

Added the 7oz chinook at 1.010, then cold crashed 48 hours, then filtered. Something went wrong with the filtering. I think it needed a longer crash, the beer was still hazy after the 5 micron filter also. Flavor I would say has hop burn. One of my worst brews.
