Kegged at 34 F and forced carbonated by shacking with 12 volumes CO2. Placed keg in 34 F refrigerator and set carbonation level to 8 volumes. |

Still a little bit bitter, but overall this should turn into a really good beer. Bitterness usually subsides with this beer after two or three more weeks of aging. |
