The beer seems to be improving slightly but perceptibly with conditioning. I still can't really tell for sure if this is diacetyl, I also get a slightly soapy flavor. Part of me thinks it really just is the hopping of ferm conditions related to the belated DME addition. |

Conditioned for 3 months and now tastes decent, the diacetyl notes I was picking up have faded either way into the background or they're gone altogether. Not bad honestly, kind of like a Dale's Pale Ale, refreshing enough, bright, and super clear. |
