Added 1oz Spalt for dry hopping. Might have been a little early as dropping the hop tea ball in caused a foam over after a minute or two. Make note that if there is still lots of carb should wait a few days to dry hop |

Still slightly hazy but pouring well with decent carbonation. Hop bite is present but doesn't overwhelm the bready notes. Need to do a side by side with a few other Pilsners |
