Notes

Force carbonate (rocking method) for 200 seconds at 30 psi. Rest on its side and rock back and forth. Co2 in should be on the bottom so to run up through the beer. Make sure the beer is already cold (serving temp). An additional 60 seconds may be needed if you brewed a dryer beer.
