Notes

British Hop Pale Ale

Easy drinking English Pale Ale. Made with Crisp Clear Choice base malt, light Crystal and Dextrin malt to give a honey, bready malt base. This beer has a lot of hops in it; the Target hops used for bittering will give a strong bitterness and the British grown cascade makes up the late kettle hops for aroma. To add to this, a small amount of GP75 and Earnest are added as dry hops to give a peach and apricot flavour to the beer. An easy drinking beer for the summer.
