Had hella low efficiency. Might have happened with the sour as well. I opted to not sprinkle in the grain and instead dunk in the bag. I don't think that works as well. So volume is lower and OG is lower, but still should be fine. Found out the strainer in the funnel is too fine and doesn't work. Opted to go into the pool while the wort was cooling down. Good choice. Oh, and forgot to add brewing salts until the boil. We'll see how that goes. |

Estimated 3 gallons, used page 160 of How to Brew to calculate priming sugar
Used 2.8 ounces of dextrose for priming into 2 cups of boiling water
Yielded 2.75 gallons into bottling bucket
Yielded 28 bottles
