The OG according to specific gravity meter was 1.051, but logging that would conflict with what iSpindel measures, so I did not log 1.051. Also, I actually ended up with 16 l wort transferred to the fermenter, but I added the 1 l yeast starter and so the final fermenter volume was 17 l |
