Notes

My First brew in the Brewer's Edge B95 All grain brewing system. This was my test brew for this machine and overall I'm happy with most of it. My post boil was about a gal off and thusly I have to recalculate my water volume to achieve my target. My OG is 1.060 which is .011 off what the recipe said was the target. It is fermenting and I will update here soon with the FG.
