Notes

this recipe comes from my memories of talking with the brewer at Tampa Bay Brewer on his Autumn Amber Ales, great beer. Karen was super pissed at me for talking too long with the brewer.

on everything added in secondary I am not sure on the amounts. He told me don't add too much maple, and he did not add much vanilla beans because it is so expense.


On the vanilla we spilt them, throw the beans in and then put the shells in a bag and put in boil at 30 mintues
