Notes

Copied Maibock 1 and altered grains to go lighter profile. Using Omega yeast instead of WLP833.

subbed 2# light munich 5L and 1# dark Munich 15L for 3# Munich 10L.

Did a 20 minute decoction boil with about 2 gallons thick mash after conversion. Raised mash out to 162. Next time use more mash.
