Notes

Water will be made into hot chocolate for the mash and sparge. Need 60 ounces for 4 gallons.

Cocoa powder recipe (enough for 4 gallons make two batches):
3 cups dry milk powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons corn starch

Toasted two bags of marshmellows. Add to boil at 30 minutes.
