Notes

Basic Northern Brewing - Honey Kolsch Extract recipe but swapped out the SafAle Yeast with Omega OYL-017 Kolsch Yeast and adding Natural Strawberry Extract 4oz to bottom of bottling bucket along with priming sugar to add strawberry flavor for bottle conditioning.
