Notes

Spent 15 minutes bringing to ph 5.3. Mash Temp 152. Mash 50 minutes. Using a 1 time used norcal #1 washed yeast batch. Stir plated for 48 hours, stored at 40F for 5 days and brought back to room temp on brew day.
Water Chem: Added a pinch of acid blend and 2 pinches Calcium Carbonate
