Notes

Designed to add 11 Liters of Primitivo after a couple of day of first fermentation must to create an Oene beer.
Worth was at 1078 (did a bit of a mess on the BIAB temperature control since it was my first time).
Added the primitivo grapes and the Oenebeer is now resting in second. Gravity was 1024.
Raised temperature to 77 to facilitate extra fermentation in second.
