From the bottom of the SS brew bucket. Beer tastes contaminated (phenolic - burned circuit board). Final gravity is using refractometer correction formula (final refractometer reading was 7.4 Brix).
Possible cause of contamination is the racking elbow - we may have forgotten to clean the inside of the elbow. |
