both version were really nice, zesty enough but not too much and hibiscus feats really well to this type of beer!
70g hibiscus for 19L for a scale at 5 min before end of boil. works well in fermenter for 2 days as well, same quantity.
try for this mash: 45° for 20min then 67° for 60min. 15-20min to raise from 45 to 67 with grainfather.
