lower efficiency than expected, boiled for an additional 10 minutes to make up some difference, could've mashed for another 30 and probably gotten more extraction. |

Fermented super fast at around 95F. Terminal in less than 36 hours. Added 36oz of pineapple juice concentrate to primary, will let go until terminal then dry hop and cold crash. |

2 days on pineapple and no airlock activity, FG is down to 1.009. Going to add pectic enzyme and cold crash tonight. For 3 days, will dry hop tomorrow. |
