Notes

going for a sessionable Black Belgian IPA. The yeast is actually an expired (from May 2020) OYL 28 in a 1 L starter, and I added another expired pack of WLP 550 (from April 2019), ran the starter on a stir plate for 2 days. We'll see how fermentation goes...
