Put in 9oz of Acidulated Malt and 1lb 4 oz crystal - need to add to smaller container instead of pouring into main bucket
Substituted Chinook hops for Columbus as had 4oz left and Columbus was still in Lb package
Only used 1oz instead of 2oz at each addition - got to clean the workbench so can see the hops on deck
