Notes

Single Decoction. After the first mash rest of 146 F for 30 min, pull off 1.5 gallons of thickest mash and boil for 30 min. Added back to full mash for a rest of 153 F for an additional 30 min. Total mash time is 90 minutes.

I roasted some great wester pale ale malt at home. I roasted 2 lbs. of malt in a Pyrex pan for 30 min at 350 F. The American Victory is my best guess for what it will be.
