Notes

Made from a load of ingredients left over from previous brews. I basically threw them all together and crossed my fingers. Will update on results.


When first tried just after conditioning it was a very rough beer but now, after a month or so in cool storage it has mellowed out hugely and is very, very drinkable. Probably the best beer I have made so far!
