add the .6 Maris Otter after running first 2-3 gallons of wort into boil kettle. mash 2nd run during first boil. cool and move to fermenter to ready kettle for 2nd run boil of 3-5 gallons. Add remaining .6 munich and flaked corn to 3rd run of 2-3 gallons.
