lovely flow in mash, kept within 1oC for 75 mins.
slight issue with pump circulation at begining - tri-clamp housing potentially too tight |

really vigorous fermentation. Bubbling a stream of bubbles from 24 hours to almost explosive bursts of bubbling at 48 hours, made a real mess in the Fermentarium - blow off too vigorous and overflowed from the blow off flask. Only slowed after 7 days |

Fermenter left to chill and settle down to 10oC before packaging into 2x cornie kegs. I sachet of Beer Brite finings and 2ml of Cascade hop oil added to each keg, purged and left to charge at 14psi |
