Notes

cerveza que hago en noviembre de 2020 y de la que aparto unos litros para añadirle virutas de roble frances impregnadas en whisky.

el ahumado ha ido saliendo más o menos en funcion del resto de sabores. en octubre de 2021 el sabor es notorio y la cerveza entra muy bien para los 9,1 grados que tiene.
la presentaré al concurso de invierno de la ACCE como 33b Specialty wood aged beer.
