Pitched west yorkshire from a starter but im unsure if the yeast is any good. Yeast starter was 1.5L. On the stir plate for 2 days and cold crashed for 2 days, decanted half of the liquid off before pitching. |

Yeast blowing out of airlock. Decided to open fermenter and top crop. Scooped yeast into a 500ml bottle and cleaned out airlock |
