Notes

Pumpkin Spice Mix (Secondary):
3/4 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Ground Ginger (fresh preferred)
1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg (fresh preferred)
1/2 Tsp Cloves
1/2 Tsp All Spice
Mix together, and toss into a tincture of vodka for atleast 48 hours. Toss entire vodka and spices into the beer during secondary.

Vanilla Bean (Secondary):
1 Vanilla Bean, Diced.
Place in a small Container with Vodka for atleast 48 hours. Toss entire mixture into the secondary.

Use Brown Sugar as the priming sugar for bottling for an extra caramel pie flavor. 1 oz of sugar per gallon, or ~120 g for this 15 liter batch.
