Clean, tart, gently sour, well balanced. Carbonation is good. Wheat is noticeable in the aftertaste. I personally like that wheat note, but could substitute ~10% of wheat with Maris Otter to dial it down. Will brew it again, as-is for a smashable sour, or as a basis for a fruit-based sour. |
