Mash/Sparge directions:

  • strike 7 gal with 1.5 tbsp 5.2 water agent to 165
  • mash for 70-75 min
  • lauter first runnings into bucket, set bed, recirculate
  • lauter through screen into kettle first runnings
  • batch sparge with 4.5-5 gal, mix, lauter and set bed again
  • lauter until top of grain bed is above water, fly sparge the rest.
