Notes

Mashed @150 degrees for 60 minutes. Collected first runnings pH reading was 5.48-19.4 brix or 1.080, batch sparged with 185 degree water and got 5.86 pH 9.6 brix or 1. 038. Ended up with 11.5 gallons @ 1.065 OG of wort fermented at 68 degrees areated wort for 2 minutes with oxygen before pitching yeast
