Notes

Bring 16 imperial pints to 162 degrees f. Soak grains for 15 mins then drain. Add chinook for 60, centennial for 10 and cascade at flame out.

First brew Fermented for 8 days with a FG of 1020.

Brewed again 1/30/21. Fermented 7 days at 67 degrees with FG of 1020.
