Notes

Steep grains at 155F for 30 minutes. Add water to 5 gal, raise to boil and add NB hops. add whirfloc at 15 minutes
cool and pitch yeast and ferment for 1-2 weeks
rack off yeast
add vanilla beans and also cocoa nibs
once secondary is complete, remove adjuncts
put in bourbon soaked keg for 2 weeks, rack into corny and carbonate
