Old Speckled Hen
Steep grains for 30 minutes at 150F
add DME and cane sugar, raise to boil
add 1oz challenger at 60m
add 0.5oz challenger and 0.5oz east kent goldings and irish moss at 15 minutes
add 1oz of east kent goldings at 1 minute
pitch with Wyeast 1084 or A10 from Imperial Yeast
ferment for 7 days and then rack to secondary then keg
