This recipe was changed from the original to adjust for my new brewing equipment. It wasn't necessary. changes made:

From 16 to 18 lbs 2 Row
From 8 to 12 oz Chocolate
From 3 to 4 oz Roasted Barley
From 3 to 4 oz Black Malt
From 1 to 1.5 lbs sugar
From 5.3 to 6 oz Aromatic
From 5.3 to 6 oz Molassas
From .25 to 3 oz Oak Cubes
Yeast used White Labs WLP004
12.25 Gallons of strike water- Too much!!
Forgot Irish Moss


This could be a total disaster but we will see.

Not going to brew this again. Stick to original recipe.
