added 4 oz of pecan and 4 oz of chocolate extract to beer. instructions said to add 1 oz/gal then taste and adjust as needed. I but 0.8 oz/gal and it better be good enough. |

sanitized my siphon and only got enough to taste. had a very extract taste. stirred gently with siphon hose and continued fermentation. |
