Notes

Grapefruit with a lingering impression of pine resin. In both aroma and flavor.

Light and crisp texture with a lasting head of foam and lacing down the side of the glass.

Only slight cracker and lightly toasted bread cone through on the maltiness. Faintly present but giving a good balance of hop and malt flavor.

If I tinker with this recipe, it would be to add a hint of caramel malt for more balanced sweetness.
