Notes

Whirlpool адицију хмеља бих извео тако што бих охлађену сладовину враћао у кувало, те када достигне 80-85 степени додао у hop spider нови хмељ на 10-20 минута, затим звадио. Додатно мерити и са преносивим термометром када се постигне температура за додаање квасца, тада преточити у ферментор и негдне на трећини додати квасац претхондо рехидриран у расхлађеној сладовини.
