Notes

Spices on squash cooked 90-120 min at 350: 1.5 t cinnamon, 1 t pumpkin spice, 1 t nutmeg, .5 t ginger, 2 whole cloves.

Secondary: 2 t pumpkin spice and .5 t nutmeg. Tincture of 1 vanilla bean.

OG = 1.074, aiming for 1.064 - 10/14/20. Next time aim lower. FG = 1.010 ABV = 8.4%
