Après une semaine, la bière était déjà délicieuse. J'y ai rajouté 800g de framboises broyées pour une semaine. Goûté quelques jours plus tard, la quantité était parfaite. Testé dans une bouteille des grains entiers de café noir pour 24h à la température de la pièce, l'équivalent de 80g pour les 20L. Très bon goût, café un peu trop présent, donc rajusté à la baisse à 60g à mettre dans la tourie.
