Added cinnamon sticks and coarsely ground clove to apple juice. Did not pasteurize or add campden tablets. Just letting it ride. |

Fermentation activity started with what looked like a pellicle forming on top of the cider. A little bit of Co2 activity but not much. |

Minor pellicle like krausen disappeared and cider dropped clear. |

Looks like normal fermentation took off and a nice creamy krausen was formed on top with ample co2 airlock activity. |

Fermentation seems to have slowed, krausen has dropped and airlock activity has stopped. Going to give it a week or so and see if it starts to drop clear. |
