Perfect Hops treatment .... so smooth....no bitterness along the flavor profile...at all!! Cascade/Centennial and finish with Amarillo and Mosaic is a powerful combination......then brett it up and oh my lord!!!one of my best so far in terms of quality and drinkability!!
