Notes

Cold water extraction for roast barleyy36 hours. Add to boil.

Robobrew died on first batch. Ended up Boiling with several pots.

Fermented with wallonian farmhouse and a brett saison blend. Rack to a secondary onto 1 lb of zante currants. Rinse with star san then cold water. Add oak cubes.
