Notes

Based on a recipe on this site from Brewer #43976. Much obliged. Adapted to volume capabilities and available ingredients here. I had a surplus of Japanese Sorachi Ace and American Amarillo and I wanted to put them together. "Tamatsuki" means literally "balls hitting against each other"...but not like that. It's used in politics to describe tensions between nations. Two hops, two sides of the Pacific...that kind of thing.
