This is Barb's Brew
Winging it. Ended up having to add cold water to cool down the scarification rest. after was maybe 2:1. Got a good temp, covered up, and went for a walk with the dog.

This is .010 less gravity so it will be a lower ABV, hopefully not too much. This is a good guess on the volume so the efficiency ratings should be significant. |

Gone. Tasted a few samples (the more than 48) and it was great. Barb seems to like it too, so I hear tell. |
