I think I may have figured out one reason my priming has been "off". Perhaps I'm not swirling the sugar around enough before bottling? I tasted the last half-bottle at the end of bottling, and it was very very sweet. I think the sugar might have settled to the bottom between mixing it with the beer, and actually putting it in the bottles. We'll see how this pans out. |

First taste...it's good! Good carbonation. Held a head for a few minutes at least. Golden color. Still murky. Sweet aroma. Dry, crisp flavor. Easy to drink. |

Head & retention is not bad. Dry and crisp with just a little bit of sweetness. Jasmine said it was a little too bitter for her. |
