We've had a pretty cool week this week in Sydney, and I've been able to keep the beer cold easily. It has sat at 18 all day, and fermentation is still pretty strong all things considered.
This is by far the highest Krausen minus Frankenstein, and one of the fastest Yeast Startups, so the immersion chiller really does seem to be a great purchase.
Also, because of the big dry hop, I'm smelling notes of Fruit Loops? It's glorious! |
