Notes

10/4/2020-This turned out good. Needs more fresh ginger flavor. Honey-Ginger IPA: Going to use this variation for the 12 Beers of Christmas through HomebrewTalk. Thought about going Red Rye IPA, but I may save that for gifts for family.
10/7/2020-Added the dry hops, ginger, and the 26oz of honey to the fermenter. Added Honey and 1 oz fresh ginger for priming the keg. Should be bottled Dec 1. Printed Labels before reinputting the data from yeast attenuation, so I'm off by 1/2%. Oops.

Water Additions:
Mash-2g CaSO4, 4.5g CaCl, 1.5g MgSO4, 1.6ml Phosphoric 75%
Sparge-2g CaSO4, 4.5g CaCl, 1.5g MgSO4, 1.2ml Phosphoric 75%
Kettle-3.1ml Phosphoric 75%
