Filled two bombers, four Flensburg swing-tops, and 4.5 gal in the keg. Used two BSG sugar tabs per bottle, 3 for the bombers. Set keg on 10 psi CO2. |

Tapped this one tonight and pulled off the first couple pints. Color is deep dark brown with a tan head, carbonation is good. Great roasty flavors of coffee, chocolate, but bitter and clearly hoppy. Nicely balanced, maybe a bit over-hopped if anything, but still tastes great. Not too strong at about 6% ABV. Nice way to start the fall! |
